The Blue Bird

In a bear leafless tree, on a windy night, a blue bird was busy competing with her neighbours . Flying to the ground, to and fro, she was collecting sticks, twigs and feathers, clutching them in her claws. Even though the tired blue bird had been working for half an hour, her pitiful nest was getting smaller and smaller!
Exhausted, she flew back to her nest and saw it was getting tinier and tinier...

SPLAT! SPLASH!

“Ooooo! Look at that beautiful blue bird.”
“Yes, but it is yellow!”

Unfortunately the bird had landed in a pot of yellow paint.
