Today was an interesting and fun time because in assembly a professional author came and told us her top tip and her name is Emma Barnes. on top of all that, a man came to our class and talked about racism he talked about Gandhi. He told us that he applied for a job and the manager could not wait to see him and finally when he came the manager said he could not enter because he is black and the manager thought he was white.
today in assembly there was an author she said that she wrote nine books there was 1 book called wild things it was a little rude but I didn't mind. this afternoon someone came in to talk about black history then came funny we had to pick something to model and advertise because surprisingly he was a photo artist I went in a group with Ahmed and me and Maria we first picked gasmasks then we picked crisps I did a funny pose I was pleading for the crisps!
We did learn some new things I learned that a woman went on a bus and a white person asked if he could take her seat and the woman sad no then unfortunately she went to prison.
I LOVED her book the wild thing.It is a bit silly though!
